You can also self-refer by going onto UBIK. Once in UBIK click on absence management and then Add OH Self-Referral

NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) Services can offer mental health support. Various sorts of counselling can be accessed through IAPT including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other talking therapies such as Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
